Atlantic Airways P/F Changes board/management/auditors Jens Wittrup Willumsen resigns from his position as Board member in Atlantic Airways Jens Wittrup Willumsen will resign from his position as Board member in Atlantic Airways with effect from 15 May 2013. The Board of Directors has today appointed Kaj Johannesen as Vice-Chairman of the Board. The Board of Directors will call for an extraordinary General Meeting for the election of a new Board member for the remaining of the mandate period. The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held June 19th 2013. Jens Wittrup Willumsen who is also Chairman of Air Greenland A/S has been on the Board of Directors of Atlantic Airways since april 2009 has decided to resign from the board as he sees it no longer compatible to be a board member of both airlines.
