Atlantic Airways appoints new Chairman of the Board

The Board of directors has today appointed Kaj Johannesen as Chairman of the
Board and Jens Willumsen as Vice-Chairman as of 1 January, 2013 and to the
General Meeting on the 8th of march 2013. As previously announced 25 October
2012, Bjarni Askham Bjarnason has been appointed as the permanent secretary of
Ministry of Finance in Faroe Islands and will resign from his position as Board
member in Atlantic Airways. He remains on the board until the next Annual
General Meeting.
