Operations update December 2012

Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, 2013-01-03 08:53 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atlantic
Petroleum (OMX: FO-ATLA) today announces that during the month of December
2012, the Group produced a net total of 77,000 barrels of oil equivalents (boe)
from the Chestnut, Ettrick and Blackbird fields. The average daily production
was 2,484 boe per day net to Atlantic Petroleum. Total production in 2012 was
approximately 928,000 boe and average daily production 2,536 boe per day net to
the Group.
