INCIDENT SUPPORT GROUP GETS THE PREMIUM SERVICE FROM ATS EUROMASTER

Leeds-based fleet management company Incident Support Group (ISG) has contracted ATS Euromaster to supply and fit premium Michelin tyres across more than 400 cars and vans for one of its key account customers in the healthcare sector.
ISG says its customer recognises the importance tyres play in overall fleet performance, and specified Michelin fitments to maximise tyre life and keep fleet downtime to an absolute minimum.
ISG Head of Sales and Tenders, Veronica Whittingham, says: “Our clients rely on us to tailor our services to meet their individual needs, so when we were asked to fit Michelin tyres across these 400 vehicles, we approached ATS Euromaster.
“Working with ATS Euromaster gives our customer access to a nationwide network stocking Michelin tyres, supported by the largest mobile tyre fitting fleet in the business. This will help us ensure brand policy adherence remains as high as possible, whilst also giving our customer and its drivers access to expert and honest tyre advice.”
Under the agreement ATS Euromaster will be fitting the Michelin replacement tyres to a fleet of 370 vans, predominantly long wheelbase Mercedes-Benz Sprinters. The contract also covers 37 prestige cars, which include BMWs and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
ISG’s customer also benefits from access to a comprehensive roadside rapid response service for tyre-related breakdowns across its van fleet, giving drivers the reassurance that they can call on ATS Euromaster 24/7/365. No matter where a van is in the UK, the attending technician will aim to arrive on-site with the correct size Michelin replacement tyre.
ATS Euromaster also provides mobile tyre repair and replacement service for all cars on the contract, saving drivers the hassle of visiting a centre. Appointments can be booked either online or by phone.
