In August, Attendo launched its first broad share savings programme for all employees. More than 500 employees in all countries have chosen to save part of their salary on a monthly basis to invest in Attendo shares.

Attendo has a long tradition of broad share ownership among managers and employees. Now, Attendo also becomes the first company in the care sector in the Nordics to offer a share savings programme to all employees. 520 employees in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway have chosen to participate in the programme. This is in addition to the approximately 1,000 employees who already have a share ownership in Attendo.

“Involvement in the care we provide and broad employee ownership form important parts of the Attendo culture. I am very pleased with the interest that our employees have shown in investing in Attendo’s shares. This demonstrates that our employees in all countries have great confidence in the quality of the care services we provide and thereby believe Attendo will be a good investment over time,” says Attendo CEO Henrik Borelius.

The share savings programme provides all Attendo’s permanent employees with an attractive opportunity to save a proportion of their monthly salary to buy Attendo shares. Interest in the programme was greatest in Sweden, followed by Finland, Denmark and Norway.
