Anderson Clark Motor Repairs, part of the Bosch Car Service Network, has been awarded the gong for Service & Repair Outlet of the Year at the Car Dealer Used Car Awards 2014.

Managing director Graham Clark received the award from Wheeler Dealer presenter Mike Brewer at the black-tie ceremony, held at The Brewery in London.

Mike attributed the win for Anderson Clark Motor Repairs to “an impressive website, great online reviews and incredibly positive feedback from nearly 2000 customers”.

After submitting nominations, judges scoured the web for reports of the garages, checked their websites for ease of use and online booking, as well as assessing feedback on the Independent Garage Association’s Trust My Garage and Motor Codes.

Following that, a “panel of judges mystery shopped all our shortlisted garages too and asked a variety of questions to assess their knowledge and customer services”, explained Mike, adding: “Trust me – I even did some myself!”

Graham commented: “I am absolutely delighted that my company has been recognised and acknowledged with this award, it’s a great accolade for us to have achieved. I must pay particular thanks to all the staff at Anderson Clark Motor Repairs.”

Based in Inverness, Anderson Clark Motor Repairs was formed in 1996 and is considered the premier independent motor vehicle servicing and repair centre in the Highlands.

About Bosch Car Service

The Bosch Car Service national network of garages, comprising of 480 members in the UK and Ireland, is a Bosch programme to provide motorists with a high quality and technically competent alternative to main dealer car servicing and repair, for all vehicle makes and models.

Originally launched in 2003, the Bosch Car Service network of independent garages has gone from strength to strength. The latest independent customer satisfaction survey results show that an amazing 99.6% of Bosch Car Service customers would use the network again, based on their overall experience.

The scheme was also the first car repair code to achieve key accreditation, helping ensure that customers get a fair deal - first with the Office of Fair Trading and more recently with the Trading Standards Institute.
