New GISMO features means even better value

GISMO, the affordable new online garage management tool, has upgraded its system with a raft of new features, including a new FREE appointment diary and alerts to notify customers that a job is now completed. 

Users are now able to add any appointment or event to the online diary, and not just to ongoing jobs.  Ramp repairs and unavailable technicians can be logged on the system, with the option to block the diary to prevent unfulfillable bookings.  

As a free feature, this facility is open to all users – including those with a free trial - who aren’t quite ready to use the full system just yet.This means that users who may be transitioning from ‘pen and paper’ garage management have time to familiarise themselves with all of the time-saving aspects of GISMO before they upgrade. 

Other system upgrades include: system-generated emails to tell customers a job has been completed, helping to improve both customer service and efficiency; fixed-price overrides, allowing users to price a job as a whole; additional reports for parts suppliers, allowing them to give the best possible service to their customers; service history printing and weekly reminder emails to give users an overview of their forthcoming week. 

These system upgrades go even further in helping small garages to raise their standards of professionalism by improving their customer service practices and dramatically reducing time spent on business admin, all for the budget price of £25 + VAT per month.
