The acquisition of Process Partner AS strengthens the market position of Axel Johnson International’s fluid handling equipment business in the Nordics.

Axel Johnson International’s business group AxFlow is Europe’s leading distributor of high quality fluid handling equipment and related services for process industries. AxFlow currently has 570 employees, annual sales of 175 MEUR and operations in 27 countries in Europe and in South Africa. In Norway, AxFlow is a market leader in positive displacement pumps and process instruments mainly towards the oil- and offshore and water- and wastewater segments.

"For some time, Axflow has been actively seeking to expand its product and services portfolio, particularly within highly advanced industrial process instruments. With the acquisition of Norwegian Process Partner, AxFlow adds a distributor representing many leading product brands, certified inspection resources and strong customer relations within the oil- and offshore industry in Norway and abroad", says AxFlow’s CEO Ole Weiner.

Process Partner was founded in 1998. The company has 6 employees, a turnover of 62 MNOK and is based in Larvik south of Oslo.

"Process Partner offers a great complement to AxFlow’s current operations in Norway and adds knowledge, skills and services important to the continued development of our business. It is also an entrepreneurial company that will fit well into the Axel Johnson International group of companies", says Niklas Enmark, acting CEO and President of Axel Johnson International.
