Johan Johnsson, new Managing Director of AB Karosseritillbehör, ABKATI

Johan Johnsson has been appointed Managing Director of ABKATI. Johan succeeds Gunder Nilsson who, after 25 successful years in office as Managing Director has announced that he wants to retire at the end of 2017.

Johan will initially work in parallel with Gunder for some time to ensure as good an introduction as possible in his new role. Gunder Nilsson will then continue with projects within Axel Johnson International and be available for support even during parts of 2018 if there is a need.

Johan Johnsson has many years of experience from managing international companies, such as Jumo Skandinavia and Rittal Norway. Currently he is working as an interim MD in southern Sweden.

"Johan, with his extensive experience in industrial sales and in managing change and development will be able to contribute to a continued positive development of ABKATI in Scandinavia. The company has a solid foundation with many talented employees with long experience and a great company culture and good supplier relationships that we can build on," says Ola Sjölin, new chairman of AB Karosseritillbehör.
