New start for NetXtra

NetXtra, Axfood's online grocery shopping business, is launching a new start to a unique concept for Sweden. On 25 January NetXtra will be opening its first physical store in Bromma, outside Stockholm. Customers will be able to choose between three different ways of shopping: online with home delivery, offline by shopping in NetXtra's new physical store, or online with drive-thru pick-up.

Axfood Närlivs to move parts of Tyringe warehouse to Örebro

New Business Area Manager at Tempo

Irene Waldemarson has been appointed as the new Business Area Manager for Tempo.

Irene served most recently as category manager for Breads in the Fresh Products business area of Axfood Products & Purchasing, and has been with Axfood since 2002.

Irene Waldemarson will be a member of Axfood Närlivs AB's management team and will assume her new position on 1 June.
