Badger Explorer ASA - Approval of the prospectus

Reference is made to previous announcements, including announcements earlier today, published by Badger Explorer ASA (the "Company") regarding the subsequent offering of 80,000,000 new shares each with a nominal value of NOK 0.125, at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share (the "Subsequent Offering II").

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today approved a supplemental prospectus prepared by the Company. The supplemental prospectus supplements the Company's prospectus dated 14th February 2017. The prospectus and supplemental prospectus is available at www.abgsc.no , www.bxpl.com , and will also be available at the business offices of the Company.
