SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF NEW BOND

Reference is made to the notification sent earlier 
today regarding a potential issue by P/F Bakkafrost.

P/F Bakkafrost has now successfully completed 
issuance of NOK 500 million in the Norwegian bond 
market, with maturity date 14. February 2018.The loan 
was substantially oversubscribed within a short 
period.
 
The purpose of the bond issue is for general 
corporate purposes, including financing of future 
acquisitions. An application will be made for the 
bonds to be listed at Oslo Børs.
 
Nordea Markets has acted as Manager for the issuance.
