BasWare to deliver a comprehensive software solution for Neste Oil Financial Service

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE JULY 2, 2007


BasWare Corp. has agreed to deliver comprehensive solution for invoice
processing, payment, travel and expense management as well as document
archiving and data capture for Neste Oil Corporation. The BasWare solutions
will be used in the Neste Oil Financial Service that serves the corporation's
Finnish units. The solution will have over 2 000 end users. 

“Neste Oil continues as our client and takes the BasWare solutions into use in
its Financial Service. This deal is a significant one for BasWare, says Ilkka
