BasWare to deliver an extensive software solution to Suomen Terveystalo

BasWare has signed a significant agreement with Suomen Terveystalo, a Finnish
private healthcare company, for the delivery of Financial Management solutions
as well as electronic invoice processing and procurement solutions. BasWare's
solutions will be taken in to use in all the customer's offices and the number
of users amounts to 780. 

Suomen Terveystalo will implement an end-to-end financial management solution
including BasWare Business Planning software, BasWare Group Consolidation and
the accompanying BasWare IFRS Package and BasWare Cash Flow and BasWare
Transparent Reporting solutions as well as the BasWare Analyzer analysis tool.
Together these solutions facilitate business planning as well as analysis and
reporting. Additionally, the recently stock-listed company will use the
solutions to automate the preparation of group financial statements according
to IFRS. 

Suomen Terveystalo will also implement BasWare Purchase Management for
procurement and BasWare eOffice and accompanying value added modules for
electronic invoice processing.
