1,722,594 shares in Birdstep Technology at a price of
NOK 1.50 NOK per share.
After the transaction Sophrosyne Capital, LLC holds
11,406,762 shares in Birdstep Technology ASA,
representing approximately 16,05 % of the issued and
outstanding shares and votes in the company.
