Disclosure of voting rights

In connection with the Annual General Meeting of 
Birdstep Technology ASA to be held on 25 May 2012, 
the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tom Nyman, 
has been given proxies without voting instructions 
for 2 815 118 shares in Birdstep Technology ASA 
representing 3,95 % of the total shares and voting 
rights in the company.
 
The proxies are only valid at the Annual General 
Meeting.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Birdstep 
Technology ASA, Tom Nyman, is an executive officer of 
Pod Investment AB. Pod Investment AB owns 14 988 989 
shares in Birdstep Technology ASA representing 21% of 
the total shares and voting rights in the company.  
Tom Nyman does not personally own any shares in 
Birdstep Technology ASA.
