Bonava carries out investor transaction and sells 106 apartments in Finland

Bonava is selling a rental project in Lielahti, Tampere in Finland. The buyer is the investor LocalTapiola Real Estate Ltd and the transaction encompasses 106 rental apartments. The project is estimated to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the third quarter of 2019.

- There are already 70 Bonava apartments and 106 rental apartments in the making in this area and now it will be complemented by these 106 new rental apartments. This sale and the project are aligned with our strategy to develop more rental apartments in Finland, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

Preschools, supermarkets and shops are located near to the area, and Tampere city centre is only a few minutes away by local public transport.
