Bonava sells 119 rental apartments in Espoo, Finland

Bonava is selling 119 rental apartments in Perrkka, Espoo, to the investor OP-Rental Yield. Construction start is being initiated at once and the apartments are planned to be done in the beginning of 2019.

The development of well-planned, attractive rental apartments is important in our efforts to realise our vision of creating homes and happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava. 

The apartments are planned to be built in an area that is growing to become the next attractive neighbourhood in Espoo. The area is close to nature, shops and schools, but also to the Helsinki city center.

The project is expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the first quarter of 2019.
