Bonava has sold 90 rental apartments to property company Industria Wohnen for a purchase price of approximately SEK 263 million. The project is located in central Dietzenbach, in an area partly developed by Bonava.

- Rental apartments represent a central and growing part of our business and Germany is a strategically important market for us. The development of high-quality, affordable rental units is aligned with our aim to realise our vision of creating homes and happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life, this time in Dietzenbach, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The neighbourhood lies 15 kilometres from the centre of Frankfurt am Main with Hessentag Park, grocery stores, schools and pre-schools located conveniently nearby.

The project is expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2019.
