Michael Björklund joins Bonava’s Executive Management

Michael Björklund has been appointed as the new Business Unit President of Bonava in St. Petersburg and will join Bonava’s Executive Management.

“Michael Björklund has extensive industry experience and is highly familiar with Bonava in St. Petersburg. I am convinced that he will continue to contribute to Bonava’s performance moving forward,” says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

Michael Björklund has worked at Bonava since 2011 and his positions have included Head of Marketing in St. Petersburg, Business Unit President of Bonava in the Baltic region and Head of Bonava Sweden’s single family housing. Prior to this, he held various senior roles in the private sector and has been active in Russia since 2003. Michael Björklund will continue to serve in his role as Business Unit President of Bonava in the Baltic region and will take up his new position with immediate effect.

Juuso Hietanen, previously Business Unit President of Bonava St. Petersburg and Bonava Finland, will remain in his role of Business Unit President of Bonava Finland and will retain his position as a member of the Executive Management.
