Approved development plan and building permit for Boozt AB’s (publ) fulfilment centre
The building permit for a minor part of the premises where Boozt AB (publ) has and leases its new fulfilment centre, located in the municipality of Ängelholm, Sweden, was earlier this year appealed and revoked according to the, at that time, existing development plan. The municipality in Ängelholm communicated its support for the project and filed for a new development plan.
This development plan has now been adopted and the building permit for where Boozt has its fulfilment centre has therefore gained legal force. This means that there are no longer any issues for Boozt’s current and future growth plans on the premises including the existing buildings and the maximum build-out space of 77,000 sqm.
