During December 2014 Bricknode signed a contract with a new customer for the usage of Bricknode Financial Systems as its main system for back office, financial advisory and end-customer portal. For the first time Bricknode replaced the established back office system AbaSec.

Bricknode develops and offers a cloud based financial business platform including modules like back office, financial advisory, account management, customer portal, real time trading and insurance. Bricknodes main competitors within the area of back office are Advent Software and Tieto who offers the established back office solution AbaSec.

For the first time since inception Bricknode was contracted during December 2014 to replace AbaSec at a securities firm within back office while at the same time delivering modules for financial advisory and customer portal.

“It is a great milestone for Bricknode to start replacing established applications like AbaSec. The fact that setup, migration and education of customer staff was completed in just one month demonstrates the great flexibility and usability of Bricknode Financial Systems (“BFS”).

“Bricknode has established a broad platform which spans a number of modules that can be used by its customers for managing a complete business. Our software is a complete business platform and not only an accounting system like traditional back office solutions. BFS connects its customers with the outside world and automates communication and interaction between various types of users and their partners.” said Stefan Willebrand, Executive Chairman of Bricknode.
