Information about the ongoing exercise period for TO4.
As part of our financing strategy and the agreement with L1 Capital, Brighter has distributed free warrants to the company's shareholders to reduce dilution.
August 24 to September 10, 2018 is exercise period of Brighter Warrants TO4 during which holders of Warrants can subscribe for shares. One (1) TO4 warrant can be exchanged for one (1) share, at a price of SEK 6,01.
The last registration date for this period is September 10, but your bank may set an earlier date due to administration.
Holders of warrants who have their Warrants registered in custody at a bank or fund commissioner shall contact their bank or fund commissioner if they want to exercise the Warrants and subscribe for the corresponding shares.
The exercise of warrants has the following effects:
- Reduces Brighter's need for external funding.
- Helps reduce dilution.
- The shareholder will receive more warrants in any future convertible issued to L1 Capital.
