New record date for the distribution of free warrants.

The record date for the warrants issued (TO4) by Brighter to its shareholders in order to minimize dilution from the second Tranche in the financing solution announced by the Company on April 26 2017, is postponed until October 2 due to technical reasons. The second Tranche, which this record date applies to, was announced on September 11 2017.
