Extraordinary additional instalment on long term debt

As a consequence of a continued strong cash flow from operations in BWG Homes, the Group has today made an additional instalment on its long term debt ("acquisition debt") of NOK 30 million. This instalment is made outside the agreed upon payment schedule. After this payment total instalments on the long term debt to date in 2009 amount to NOK 50 million. This payment takes down the debt stated in Swedish kronor in the Swedish legal entities.
Information about the long term debt is described in detail in the Annual report of 2008, note 25 "Non-current liabilities to financial institutions".
