Increase in the number of shares in Byggmax Group AB
Following the subscription for shares by holders of warrants under the framework of the 2013/2017 incentive program, which was previously announced June 2, 2017, the number of shares and votes in the Byggmax Group AB (publ) (the ”Company”) has increased.
The number of shares and votes in the Company increased by 170,000 and the share capital increased by SEK 56,666.67.
Following the increase, the number of shares and votes in the Company amounted to 60,907,045 and the Company’s share capital totaled SEK 20,302, 348.
