Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire warrants

Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquired 1,087,000 warrants under the recently decided 2017/2020 incentive program.

The Annual General Meeting on May 10, 2017 resolved in favor of an incentive program, comprising a private placement of warrants to the subsidiary, Byggmax AB, for onward assignment at market value to key individuals at the Byggmax Group. Each warrant entitles the holder, during the period June 8, 2020 through December 7, 2020, to subscribe for one (1) share in the Byggmax Group AB (publ) at a subscription price of SEK 67.50. The resolution means that 41 key individuals at the Byggmax Group will have the opportunity to acquire up to a total of 1,520,000 warrants.

Subscription for the warrants has now been completed and a total of 1,087,000  warrants were subscribed for by the participants in the incentive program, corresponding to about 71.5 % of the warrants offered.
