Camanio Care has received the remaining transaction from Zhongrui Funing Robotics in the rights issue

Camanio Care, which develops and sells robotics and Augmented Reality solutions in elderly care and care, has during the second quarter executed a rights issue of shares with subscription period 24 May to 7 June 2017. In the issue, including the oversubscription issue, Camanio Care received approximately 12.7 MSEK. The subscription ratio for the entire issue was 122 percent.

Camanio Care has now received the remaining, outstanding transaction regarding the investment from the Chinese company Zhongrui Funing Robotics. Thereby, will the rights issue now be registered and also formally finalized within soon.

Through the participation in the rights issue, Zhongrui Funing Robotics will enter the company as a long term strategic partner and active owner. The now closed rights issue will thereby form the foundation of a continuing strong collaboration in the Chinese market, which Camanio Care recently entered.

As soon as the rights issue have been formally registered with the Swedish authorities, this will be communicated.
