Camanio Care’s rights issue registered, last day of trade in BTU

Camanio Care AB conducted a rights issue with subscription period from 29th of October to 19th of November 2018. The rights issue was registered at the Swedish Companies Registration office on the 28th of January 2019. With the registration of the rights issue, paid subscription units (BTU) will be converted to new shares and warrants.

Final day of trade in BTU at Spotlight is the 31st of January 2019. Stop date is 4th of February 2019. The shares and warrants will be delivered to share deposits /securities account on the 6th of February 2019.

After the rights issue, Camanio Care’s share capital amount to 4 052 336,60 SEK. Camanio Care’s total number of shares amount to 20 261 683.
