Correction of Press message from Dec 6th
Camanio Care AB (publ) secures external financing of up to SEK 20 million and issues free warrants to its shareholders
Camanio Care would hereby like to clarify and correct a statement in the press message of Dec 6th.
The press messages stated that ”The maximum additional potential financing of up to SEK 16 million (plus up to a SEK 32 million upon exercise of all the Warrants and Shareholders' Warrants) will be raised through further Tranches of Notes with Warrants attached over the next 24 months and will be subject to fulfilment of certain conditions.
The correct figure at full usage of all potential Warrants is SEK 20 million, not SEK 32 million.
A correct sentence would then be:
“The maximum additional potential financing of up to SEK 16 MSEK (plus up to a SEK 20 million upon exercise of all the Warrants and Shareholders’ Warrants) will be raised through further Tranches of Notes with Warrants attached over the next 24 months and will be subject to fulfilment of certain conditions.
