Johan Ericsson new head of Swedish property advisory services
Johan Ericsson has been appointed as acting head of Swedish property advisory services. He replaces the former head, Anders Nordvall, who has chosen to leave Catella. This change means that Johan Ericsson will focus on the Swedish operations and will therefore relinquish his other duties at Catella, including the group management.
Johan Ericsson has worked at Catella since 1992, previously as president and CEO, and as head of the Swedish property advisory services.
In addition to Anders Nordvall, four individuals within the Swedish property advisory services have chosen to leave Catella. All the individuals will remain in their respective roles during their period of notice, until their ongoing projects are completed. Procedures have been initiated to appoint a permanent head of the Swedish property advisory services and to fill the other posts.

Catella’s property advisory services comprise three service areas: Sales and Acquisitions, Financing, as well as Analysis and Evaluation. The business is established in 11 European countries and has more than 200 employees, of which 40 in Sweden.
