Increased number of shares and votes in Catena Media plc
The number of shares and votes in Catena Media plc amounts to 55,887,077 following directed share issues of a total of 811,483 shares.
Catena Media has, as announced on 9 July 2018, resolved on a directed share issue of 30,061 shares as payment of part of the purchase price for acquired assets in BrokerDeal GmbH.
Catena Media has, as announced on 19 July 2018, resolved on a directed share issue of 127,440 shares as payment of part of the purchase price for acquired assets in Hammerstone Inc.
Catena Media has also, as announced on 19 July 2018, resolved on a directed share issue of 144,282 shares as payment of part of the purchase price for acquired assets in Newcasinos.com
In addition to this share issue, the company has resolved on a directed total issue of 509,700 shares; 91,275, 91,275 and 327,150 respectively, by virtue of one of the company’s incentive programs.
The share issues have been registered with Maltese authorities.
Subsequent to the share issue, the number of shares and votes in Catena Media has increased from 55,075,594 to 55,887,077 and the share capital has increased to EUR 83,831.
