Andreas will take office on May 1 and will work on a part-time basis.

Andreas is currently CEO of TAM Group AB and has long-standing and broad-based experience of the property industry, in part as CEO of Tyréns Temaplan AB and as property director in Näckebro. Andreas is a graduate in business administration from the Chalmers School of Economics in Gothenburg.

“Catena’s focus in the near future will be on pursuing the detailed development plan for the wholly owned property Stora Frösunda in Solna. We are delighted to have recruited Andreas to the company.
