Sheena Turner Hired for Newly Created Recruiting Position with Certified Payment Processing
Dallas, Texas (May 17, 2012) Sheena Turner recently joined Certified Payment Processing, L.P. (CPP) as Recruiting Assistant Manager. In the past year, CPP has seen a significant increase in hiring and created this new position to allow for sustained growth in the future.
In the new role, Turner will oversee the day-to-day operations in the CPP Recruiting department, which will include coaching and development of recruiters, driving activity and productivity of the recruiting floor, as well as recruiting and hiring recruiters.

Turner, whose education is in Business Management from the University of Dallas, has substantial experience in operations, sales and customer service, including supervision and strategic oversight of call centers with Stream Energy and Home Depot, both in Dallas. In those positions, she was able to reduce costs and increase efficiencies, while improving customer satisfaction and employee retention.
She will report to Andy Evans, the Manager of Recruiting. “Having Sheena here to handle the daily operations of the recruiting center will free up Andy to take on some innovative and strategic responsibilities in hiring and job posting,” says Mann.
CPP is a direct provider of credit card processing services and also leases point-of-sale terminals that quickly process all forms of payments: debit and credit card transactions, gift cards and checks.
