Global Repair Solutions stipulates all bodyshops in network have Kitemark certification to ensure excellent customer service

Newly launched Global Repair Solutions UK Ltd only accept bodyshops which have been Kitemark certified into its network. Bodyshops that display the Kitemark demonstrate to vehicle repair customers that stringent standards have been complied with and that they will receive a good safe and honest service. Launched in July last year to unite independent bodyshops into a national chain of fast-track repair centers, Global Repair Solutions is challenging the small repair market with its 'franchise' of independent Kitemark certified repair centres. Within each bodyshop will be a 'Global' fast track facility which concentrates on non-structural repairs and guarantees motorists' cars will be fixed within 24 hours. Global Repair Solutions offers a network of bodyshops which provide open and transparent best working practice. The Kitemark further promotes the organisation’s reputation of delivering a consistent and reliable service. Neville Pearson, general manager at Global Repair Solutions commented: “Global Repair Solutions accepts that in today’s changing market place we see a need to promote to the general public and our industry peers a sign of assurance and quality, this is why we only invite PAS 125 and BSI Kitemark certified accident repair centres to be part of our Global network. We see the added benefits this association brings to each of our members and when speaking to potential customers. “We have just this month invested heavily in the development of our new website that will enable everyone to see what Global Repair Solutions can deliver to the bodyshop industry. We have developed the website to be a portal for our clients and all our members to see our up-to-date news articles and information about Global Repair Solutions. It will enable members through their unique login to book on line training, order products equipment and maintenance schedules, review and comment on product available, accept and deliver work allocation communications, look up and use our unique back order parts ordering process and most importantly communicate to each other.” Scott Hanney, Business Development Manager, BSI added: “Failure of a bodyshop to adopt the correct repair method could in certain cases seriously affect the vehicles integrity in the way it may perform in the event of an accident. By stipulating that all bodyshops in its network are Kitemark certified, Global Repair Solutions is demonstrating its ongoing commitment to ensuring critical vehicle body repair safety processes continue to be right.” --- Ends --- Notes to Editors For media information Tracey Treanor, Chicane Tel: +44 (0) 07789 078710 Email: tracey@chicanemarketing.co.uk About BSI Group BSI Group is a global independent business services organization that develops standards-based solutions to improve management practices and promote innovation.
