TECDOC SUPPLIERS KEEP ON GROWING

BGA Launch On TecDoc Europe’s leading parts information data provider TecDoc has notched up another notable supplier with the announcement that BGA will soon be available to users of TecDoc’s highly regarded CATALOG identification system. BGA’s marketing director, Matt Greener said: “BGA is delighted to announce that the complete product offering will be listed on the next release of TecDoc. “We believe this is an important step in securing the number one position in the UK engine parts market and one that will also help us to deliver a similar position in the export markets. “As a supplier, being on TecDoc is a mark of distinction because the trade throughout Europe knows that each supplier’s parts data has to achieve strict quality control standards in order to be part of the CATALOG parts database. “TecDoc will give BGA the opportunity to display its full range of more than 30,000 references and BGA customers with a TecDoc user licence will be able to offer their customers a one-stop shop for their engine and cooling parts needs. “As well as the application lists for our products, TecDoc will also display the full technical data such as the engine codes, supporting images and installation data and this information will provide the basis of all BGA product group catalogues.” Shaun Greasley, TecDoc’s commercial director for UK and Ireland added: “We are delighted to welcome BGA into the ranks of TecDoc’s data suppliers. “Companies of the calibre of BGA complement the system perfectly as TecDoc users are accustomed to dealing with parts suppliers renowned for the quality of their products and the depth of their range. “It is very encouraging to witness another UK-based aftermarket business with the vision and the ambition to introduce an extensive product line up and I am convinced that the long-term potential of the relationship will be realised. “TecDoc is able to deliver huge exposure to its data suppliers because of the large number of the aftermarket professionals that use the system. One of its unique features includes the ability for users to search by engine code, which is just one example of the extra functionality that is not available through competitor systems.” For more information about TecDoc, please contact Shaun Greasley on: +44 (0) 1829 752888 or email: shaun.greasley@tecdoc.net ENDS Notes for editors TecDoc CATALOG, the trading name of its electronic parts catalogue information, provides a multi-brand parts solution to the vehicle service industry and at present, more than 380 replacement parts brands are represented on the TecDoc data system.
