ChromoGenics AB (publ) has signed an agreement with Kungsleden to deliver I-Window glass to Kvartersakuten Mörby in Stockholm for a retro-fit project where existing glass is replaced with maintenance-free I-Window glass.

The project is a retro-fit project of about 60 sqm I-Window glass including construction work with planned delivery in the fourth quarter of 2018.

Kungsleden chose to upgrade the property's windows to maintenance-free I-Window glass instead of traditional outside solar control systems. In the premises, a healthcare center conducts its activities.

"We are proud that Kungsleden chose to invest in I-Window glass to Kvartersakuten Mörby in Stockholm. ChromoGenics I-Window glass controls heating and cooling transmission in buildings, providing better indoor comfort with maintained views and healthy daylight. The order demonstrates the need for energy efficient and maintenance-free solar control solutions. Satisfied tenants and lower maintenance costs are important for all property owners and we are pleased that our I-Window glass can contribute to it," says Jerker Lundgren, CEO of ChromoGenics.
