Observer integrates brands under a new name - The services of the Communications division are gathered under the new name Waymaker The current brands in Observer's division Communications, and the recently acquired News Online group, are integrated and gathered under a new brand - Waymaker. The services are presently marketed by BIT in Sweden, Finland and Denmark and under various brands in the United Kingdom, Norway and Germany. Waymaker becomes the common brand for communications solutions for clients, mainly within IR and PR. The division builds databases with facts on strategically important target groups in the media and the financial markets. The clients are also offered tools and channels for distribution and publication of business information as well as evaluation of communication activities. "Waymaker's integrated concept allows us to gather the competence of the whole division within selection of target groups, distribution/publishing, collection of the exposure and analysis of the results of the IR and PR process.
