Citycon’s Financial Reporting Schedule and AGM 2013

CITYCON OYJ           Stock Exchange Announcement         10 October 2012 at

Citycon Oyj will release its full-year financial report as well as financial
statements and the report by the Board of Directors for the period 1 January–31
December 2012 on Wednesday, 6 February 2013. 

Citycon’s Annual General Meeting 2013 will be held in Helsinki, Finland, on
Thursday, 21 March 2013 starting at 3.00 p.m. 

Citycon will issue three interim reports during the financial year 2013 in
accordance with the following schedule: 

January–March 2013 on Wednesday, 24 April 2013 at about 9.00 a.m.,
January–June 2013 on Wednesday, 10 July 2013 at about 9.00 a.m. and
January–September 2013 on Wednesday, 16 October 2013 at about 9.00 a.m.
