The issue increased the number of shares by 400,000 which corresponds to a dilution of 2.1%. The number of shares amounts to 18,685,608 shares before the offering and 19,085,608 shares after issue.

Clavister's liquidity was 43,5MSEK at year-end 2015 and the above issue will be added to that amount. Liquidity remains good. In addition to the transaction costs payable to the NASDAQ, Clavister will have no additional costs associated with the issue and the balance sheet will remain strong.

These efforts are a direct result of the strategic agreement Clavister recently signed with Nokia Networks. The investment will ensure that Clavister can further accelerate and expand its product and business development.

Jim Carlsson, CEO, Clavister said: "The cooperation with Nokia Networks is entering an exciting new phase and opens up additional commercial opportunities with significant synergies."
