Cleantech Invest to parallel list in Stockholm Q1 2016 - G&W Fondkommission chosen as the advisor
As announced previously Cleantech Invest Oyj has been investigating a parallel listing on Nasdaq First North Stockholm. G&W Fondkommission has now been selected to handle this process and timing of the listing will be shortly after the new year.
Cleantech Invest's goal is to be the leading European cleantech accelerator. Parallel listing is a major step in executing this strategy. There is a lot of investment interest for clean technologies in Sweden and parallel listing will make it easier for Swedish investors to become shareholders in Cleantech Invest.
To increase the liquidity of the share Cleantech Invest is planning to carry out, in connection with the parallel listing, a limited emission in the range of 1 MEUR with an option attached to each share to subscribe more at a higher price for a limited time. The parallel listing is currently being prepared and exact information will follow in an investor memorandum to be published later.
