New class A shares of Cleantech Invest Plc registered, the company publishes a supplement to the company description of April 2016

A total of 834,539 new class A shares subscribed in directed share issues resolved by the Board of Directors of Cleantech Invest Plc (”Cleantech Invest” or the ”Company" ) on 10 June 2016 and 25 July 2016 have been entered into the Trade Register today. After registration of the new shares there are a total of 16,318,566 class A shares and 5,300,000 class K shares in the Company. Trading on new class A shares will commence on 12 September 2016.
