Collector’s rights issue registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office

Collector AB’s (publ) (“Collector”) rights issue is now in full registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

Through the rights issue Collector’s share capital increased by SEK 933,500 from SEK 9,335,550.20 to SEK 10,269,050.20 and the total number of shares increases by 9,335,000 from 93,355,502 to 102,690,502.

The final day for trading in paid subscribed shares (BTAs) is October 24, 2016 and first day of trading of the new shares subscribed for with subscription rights are expected to start on October 26, 2016. New shares subscribed for without subscription rights are expected to start trading on October 28, 2016.

SEB Corporate Finance is acting as financial advisor and Setterwalls Advokatbyrå as legal advisor to Collector in connection with the rights issue.
