Due to the previously communicated exercise of the over-allotment option that was issued in relation to the Initial Public Offering of Com Hem Holding AB (publ) (“Com Hem”) and exercised on July 4th 2014, the number of shares has increased by 9 775 418 shares and the number of votes has increased by 9 775 418. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Com Hem is 207 529 597. The total number of votes in Com Hem is 207 529 597. The share capital amounts to SEK 207 529 597 after the increase.
