Hakan Göral, Senior Vice President, Componenta Turkey Operations and Managing
Director of Componenta Dökümcülük Tic. Ve San A.S. has resigned from his duties
and will join another employer starting on 1 November 2012. 

Hakan Göral will continue as a board member of Componenta Dökümcülük Tic. Ve
San A.S.
