Componenta's financial calendar 2009

Componenta Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2008 on
Wednesday, 28 January 2009 at 10.00. The 2008 Annual Report will be published
during the week 7. 

The annual general meeting of Componenta Corporation will be held at 11.00 on
Monday, 23 February 2009. 

Componenta will publish three interim reports in 2009. 

Interim report for January - March on 17 April 2009 at 9.00 
Interim report for January - June on 17 July 2009 at 9.30 
Interim report for January - September on 15 October 2009 at 9.30 

The press conferences for analysts and representatives of the media to be held
when the interim reports are published will be webcast simultaneously on
Componenta's Internet pages at www.componenta.com.
