Correction to the flagging notification published on 15 August 2014 concerning the change in Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen’s holding

Unlike the stock exchange release on 15 August 2014 announced, Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen’s holding in Componenta Corporation has not yet exceeded the 5 per cent limit, but will exceed as a result of the arrangement which if realized will lead into a situation where the flagging notification limit is exceeded.

Notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act

Componenta Corporation (Business ID 1635451-6) has on 15 August 2014 received the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which Keskinäinen Henkivakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen’s holding of shares and voting rights of Componenta Corporation will exceed 5% as a result of the arrangement which if realized will lead into a situation where the flagging notification limit is exceeded. 

According to the notification Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen’s holding will increase to 3,000,000 shares corresponding to 6.78% of total amount of shares and votes of Componenta Corporation in the Componenta Share Issue directed to a limited group of selected investors (Private Placement) on 15 August 2014.   

Amount of Componenta Corporation shares and votes on 15 August 2014 prior to the share issue was 29,269,224. In the share issue of Componenta a maximum total of 15,000,000 new shares were offered to a limited group of selected investors on 15 August 2014. Holding of Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen has been calculated using 44,269,224 as a total number of shares after the share issue.
