ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN CONCENTRIC

The Concentric AB board of directors has resolved to convene an annual general meeting of shareholders to be held Wednesday 6 April 2016 with, among other things, a proposal on a performance based incentive program. Further details on this and other proposals are found in the notice convening the meeting which is found below.
