Cold Spring, Minn. – (November 4, 2016) – Stone Panels International LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coldspring®, announces the acquisition of the equipment and other assets of Stone Panels Inc., a Texas-based producer of the universally recognized StoneLite® solution for interior and exterior building cladding.
