Coor completes divestment of Damage Services operations in Norway

On 26 September 2017, Coor announced that it had signed an agreement with Polygon, the European market leader in property damage control, regarding the sale of the Damage Service operations in Norway. The divestment has now been approved by the Norwegian competition authority following the usual validation process. This means that the divestment has been completed as of today’s date, 1 November 2017.
